High Blood Pressure 50-100 mg PO qd starting w/ 50 mg qd

Heart Attack 50-100 mg PO qd starting w/ 5 mg IV over 5 min then 5 mg IV 10 min later then 50 mg PO q12h then 100 mg qd

Angina 50 mg PO qd to max 200 mg/d

Peds Dosing

High Blood Pressure 1-2 mg/kg PO qd starting w/ 0.8-1 mg/kg PO qd to max 2 mg/kg/d

Supraventricular Tachycardia 0.3-2 mg/kg PO qd to max 2 mg/kg/d

Str. 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg
